Privacy Policy

LAST MODIFIED: 2ND JULY 2026

The privacy of your personal and financial information is paramount. This Privacy Policy describes how Zebl LLC (variously, “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, and protects the personal information that you or your healthcare provider furnishes to us through our web-based patient payment service (the “Service” or “Pay @ Zebl”).

1. Introduction

Our Service makes it easy and secure for you to view and pay your medical bills online. The Service is focused exclusively on patient payments and related account management. Each person's information is stored and accessed separately in their own account.

2. Creating an Account and Collection of Your Personal Information

You may choose whether or not to create an account with the Service. Creating an account is not required to make a one-time payment in many cases, but an account provides additional convenience such as saving payment methods and viewing payment history.

When you create an account or use the Service, we collect personal information such as:

  • Your name
  • Email address
  • Date of birth (for identity verification)
  • Mailing address and contact information
  • Insurance information (if provided)
  • Payment information (credit/debit card details, bank account information)
  • Information about the medical bills you are paying (e.g., balance due, provider details)

We use the email address you provide to verify your account and communicate important updates related to your payments.

You can review and update your account information at any time by logging into your account. Saving payment methods makes those cards or bank accounts available for your future use within the Service. These payment methods are for your use only. Your healthcare provider cannot access or use the stored payment methods.

When you send us emails or other communications, we may retain them to process your inquiries and improve our services.

3. How We Use Your Personal Information

We use the personal and financial information we collect to:

  • Process and confirm your payments securely
  • Provide you with receipts, statements, and payment history
  • Send important notifications about your bills or account (e.g., payment confirmations, reminders)
  • Verify your identity and prevent fraud
  • Improve our Service and customer support
  • Comply with legal obligations

We do not use or disclose your information except as described in this Privacy Policy. We will not sell data that personally identifies you.

We may access or disclose your personal information if we believe such action is necessary to: (a) comply with the law or legal process; (b) protect and defend our rights or property; or (c) protect the personal safety of users of the Service or members of the public in urgent circumstances.

Personal information collected through the Service is stored and processed in the United States.

4. De-identified and Aggregated Information

We may use de-identified or aggregated information (information that does not identify any individual) to analyze usage trends, improve the Service, and for internal research and analytics. This information may be shared with trusted partners for these purposes only.

5. Email and Mobile Alerts

We may send you emails and/or mobile notifications related to your payments and account. You have the ability to opt out of non-essential communications through your account settings or by following the unsubscribe instructions in our emails.

6. Security of Your Personal Information

We are committed to protecting the security of your personal and financial information. We use industry-standard security technologies and procedures, including encryption, to help protect your data from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. Payment information is handled through secure, PCI-compliant processors.

Access to personal information is restricted to employees, contractors, and agents who need it to operate and improve the Service, and who are bound by confidentiality obligations.

7. Use of Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to enable you to sign in, maintain your session, personalize your experience, and analyze Service usage. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Note that disabling cookies may limit your ability to use certain features of the Service.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Modified” date at the top of the policy. For material changes, we will notify you by posting a prominent notice on the Service or by sending a direct notification. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.

9. Contact Information
