Welcome to Pay @ Zebl (the “Service”), operated by Zebl LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). The Service allows patients to view and pay their medical bills quickly and securely online.
Your access and use of the Service at pay.zebltech.com and any related pages are governed by these Terms of Service. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
These Terms incorporate our Privacy Policy by reference.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering an account or making a payment.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

All balances and statements displayed in the Service are provided by your healthcare provider(s). We do not control or verify the accuracy of these amounts. We act solely as a payment facilitator. Any disputes regarding balances, adjustments, refunds, or payment application must be resolved directly with your healthcare provider.
Payments made through the Service are processed securely and transmitted to your healthcare provider. We do not hold or control the funds beyond the processing period.
Use of the Service to view balances and make payments is currently free for patients. We may introduce fees for optional premium features in the future, which will be clearly disclosed before you incur any charges. Your healthcare provider may separately charge fees related to your account or services, which are not collected by us.
You may save credit/debit cards or bank account information for convenience. All payment processing is handled by PCI-compliant third-party processors. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers where possible.
You authorize us to charge the selected payment method for the amounts you approve. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

The Service, its design, logos, and underlying software are owned by Zebl LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose only.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure at all times. We are not responsible for the accuracy of balances or statements provided by healthcare providers, nor for any disputes between you and your provider.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ZEBL LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you through the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold Zebl LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of another party.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the revised Terms with a new “Last Modified” date and/or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Florida only.
